ArvanCloud basic support plan, including self-help resources, product documentation, and ticketing with one-day response time, is available for free. The costs of technical consulting and support services at the higher level are calculated as follow:

Notes:
  • All the costs at the Bronze level and higher levels are calculated per hour. The minimum period for support packages is one week.
  • It would help if you had enough credit in your wallet to use support services at the Bronze level and higher.
  • After enabling one of Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels, downgrading to lower support level is possible after the first week.
  • Tickets to the sales department are only responded within working hours.
  • Working hours are Monday to Thursday (except holidays) from 11 AM to 7 PM (CEST).
